Louise

I love stories, dancing, books (obvs), writing, film and singing even though I don't think my voice should be heard outside the shower. You'll most likely find me with a smile on my face. Life is too short to have anything else. I think words should be used to empower, and I carry that with me everywhere.

Chinedu

Hi I’m Chin, I am passionate about my Christian faith, community outreach and social justice. I enjoy passing on knowledge and empowering young people, which I have the pleasure of doing in my line of work. I love reading books as it is a great way for me to learn about lived experiences but also escapism into another world! I also enjoy dancing, writing blog posts and playing sports.

Michel’lee, Video Editor

I’m currently an Employment Paralegal. I enjoy travelling, cooking and binge-watching a good show.

I love spending time with friends and family. Likewise, I also enjoy making myself and others aware of various social issues. Reading is important to me because it helps to broaden my horizon and allows me to live vicariously through different characters.

Funke, Video Editor

Hi, I’m Funke! I am a Filmmaker from Manchester.

I love getting lost in a good book. They allow me to exercise my imagination and expand my mind. I also love that books provide me with a bit of respite from the business of the day-to-day.

My other interests include baking, bouldering and watching a good TV drama!

Omotola, Website Strategist

Currently working as a junior developer at ampersand UK, in my spare time I create technical content on my page @mycodinghabits on Instagram. I enjoy dancing, spending time with friends, doing something creative.

Books/reading is important to me because it’s a great way of expanding my mind and interacting with other people to learn more on a topic. Reading has helped me have more thorough conversations with people and myself.

Trudi, Social Media and Communications lead

At chapters and chill I am currently the social media manager! Outside, I’m currently on a gap year which I’m using to do some church work and travelling primarily. My main interest first and foremost is Jesus! 🥰 but other things I love to do in my free time include going for walks and eating! I am a huge foodie and also run a food page
